Arden Tunbridge Wells experience. Had my car serviced which went well last year. But had car in as had a break issue at the front, the backs done elsewhere, and they had it for 3 weeks and had several hours investigating the issue. After 3 weeks came to the conclusion that it was the front breaks. I refused to pay for their experts time. They never called me back and I had to go in on 3 separate occasions to find out what had happened. Was given every excuse about msgs not being sent though to “I did call you yesterday but couldn’t get you”. Lastly they were going to email with an estimate for some more work “within the hour”, still waiting 3 days later.
