Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Nice folks on the phone but they don’t get the job done. 3 shipments in a row they sent me expired product. The first shipment was expired the shipment they sent to replace was expired they tried a 3rd time to replace & it was expired. I asked for a refund they only credited 1/3 of the amount so had to call again to go over that & supposedly that will come soon. If you have a lot of time to waste on inefficiency then this is the Company to do business with. Just to follow up on the above. After a few more calls they fully refunded my money. Took a lot of time & many emails & way to much time & effort to get it.
