OUTSTANDING!!! THANK YOU SELLMYHOME!
Having decided to go with Sellmyhome following a friend's recommendation and reading their outstanding reviews, my husband and I entered this process with a certain amount of apprehension. As a working couple we would naturally gravitate towards the more traditional high street option. However given the potential savings, Sellmyhome's outstanding reviews and the reassurance and support we received from Will from the outset convinced us otherwise. One of our main concerns was finding time to conduct the viewings but we got round this by organising an open morning on the weekends. We were amazed by the level of interest we received. The user dashboard made the whole process extremely easy for us to manage not only our availability for viewings but enabled us to answer any queries (of which there were quite a few as the property has development potential). The Sellmyhome team were on hand, polite, attentive and always seemed willing to go beyond the call of duty. Indeed we received 3 offers within two weeks which were managed professionally and we were delighted to have accepted an offer following some skilful negotiation by Will and his team. We genuinely cannot recommend this company enough. The envy on our friends faces when we give them an idea of the saving we made is hilarious. One word: Outstanding! Thank you to Will and his team.
