An easy ordering experience and although in the bustle of Christmas the order took a little longer to arrive, the team was super communicative. The product itself is of excellent quality, beautifully presented in great packaging and the offspring is delighted with it! This is a company with a human side to it. You get the feeling the whole team matters, from the front-facing customer service, to the Team scrambling to get the products out for Christmas. This in itself is a huge selling point.
