Ed's Gaming Emporium embodies everything that is right with the collectables community. In the 23 years I've spent on this planet, this company takes the biscuit for best customer service experience - and it's not even close. The highlight of the experience was the communication throughout, which really put my mind at ease. Ed is extremely thorough, friendly, and swift in his communications. Whenever I requested an update, I would get a reply shortly after. The careful packaging was another positive element of the service. The item was protected by layers of bubblewrap which, due to the value, I very much appreciated. Ed clearly cares about his customers. In summary, I would highly recommend this company for all your collectable needs.
