Selling a property is stressful. I appreciated Julie Gloster's updates and feedback. There were times when the feedback was not as expected (negative or honest feedback from prospective buyers - which is their perogative) and the property took longer than expected to sell and not for the price we were hoping for. Julie made herself available if I had any queries - whether it be over the phone or meeting at the Gisborne Office. She worked tirelessly to promote the property and there were some factors surrounding the price we were asking and another similar property in the same block which proved to be a hurdle when selling our un it. From our point of view we did not get the asking price but that was not what the market reflected at this time.
