Poor online stock-keeping and slow with refunds and no reply to emails.
Unfortunately the whisky I ordered online for collection, they emailed me to let me know they had run out. Online stock-keeping seems to be poor.A refund did come through, but was not immediate, but several days later. Also, I emailed to ask if they had another bottle which I was interested in, as I did not want to purchase then be yet again disappointed to receive an email saying it wasn't in stock. They never replied to my email. Rther disappointed so far.
