Very disappointed in service, or lack of
Placed an order for a bottle to be sent to my husband for our anniversary. We're both home. Nothing happened. If I didn't track the order myself, I wouldn't have seen it was cancelled. And then the fact that the onus was then put on me to contact Dan Murphys to find out why it was cancelled is ridiculous. The money was taken out of my credit card and I'm told it will be returned in 2 - 4 days. This is really poor business
