Extortionate prices
The care our pet received was sympathetic but fantastically overpriced. They charged for 3 scans when she only had 2 and all the other costs are extremely high. Just looking at her cost 4 times the cost of her usual vet and out of hours even more extortionate. We were charged over £1000 for a blood transfusion. After she died we were hassled for payment and even though disputing the invoice threatened with debt collectors. Do not take your pet here unless you don't have any other choice. Your wallet will regret it
