Schumacher Cargo from UK to Miami USA
Schumacher Cargo was very disappointing, they were not transparent about the delivery or the inspection. They had my vehicle for over 3 weeks and then said that they had no drivers. Finally when the car was delivery to the Miami address, I was then told I had to wait on the documents before I could get my TAG. Even before the TAG, I had to get the car inspection done, which again another lot of money I had to spend. I thought having spent over $5,500.00 that all this was included in the price. If they don't know about the different things that each state charges, they should actually find out and let the customers know, that there will be additional charges, once arrived in their particular state. No Transparency at all, which is such a shame. All what was happening I was passed from one section to another and then un answered emails. Very poor service. DO NO USE THIS Shipping Company
