We have insured with Avanti for years
We have insured with Avanti for years. This year we made our first claim when my wife contracted Shingles on our recent cruise on Queen Anne. A month after submitting our claim and despite email and telephone requests for a response and Avanti twice stating their response would be within 3 to 5 working days. Still nothing Their excuse is the delay caused by the high number of claims. We are left out of pocket hanging on their decision. This is not what we expected of them.
