To whom it may concern it is with a big regret to inform you that I am not happy at all with someone is mistake to cost me wasting my time and money. I have recently ordered 11 bulk bags for my new project Firstly on the day i was expecting my delivery to come I have a call from Travis Perkins informing me that they cannot deliver my gravel as there is an issue with the lorry to deliver also due to the tonnage Also they have said we only got 8 in stock ??? i wish I was warned the day before so i will not have to book the labourer for my job. The next day * bulk bags where delivered to me, I have noticed the different in the bags colours, I did inform Travis Perkins about the issue, they made me believe that the gravel need to be spread and wen dried it will look the same, that was not the case at all, the following days i did have the remaining 4 bags by that time I have noticed that the grave does not match at all 3 different colours, the aim was to have uniformed pitch what a waste of time, because someone in charge was so sure of himself MR MATT. I have tried to call customer services to tell them about the issue the answer was is not our problem because you did not buy directly from us, Sorry MR Stuart if I have booked it from you directly the same problem would happened, just to inform you MR Stuart at a customer services in the future if you do have an order or a booking not directly from the customer do not accept the order at all. Secondly when the company i have ordered the gravel from got in touch with you, Travis Perkins answer was It is too late because the gravel was layed on the ground, but why when i have raised the issue for the first time The Travis Perkins did not advise to leave the gravel as it in bags and to see what they will come out with. what a big shame waste of time and my money in my first project. ON THE OTHER HAND THE DRIVER Danny WAS the best very helpful and kind driving a big lorry in our small village road Thank you so much Danny the driver. I have send information and pictures how sad that gravel do not match at all ...so sad and bad
