Our particular solicitor was rude
Our particular solicitor was rude! It was our first time completing on a BTL in our business and we were spoken to like we were thick! I also sent documents on 2 occasions, recorded and tracked (had postage proof and photograph) but Setfords appeared to keep ‘losing’ them! I would never ever use them again!
