Poor Customer Service

I've been trying to buy a VPS server now for 4 days. Once I had signed up there was a message saying account problems, contact us. Having raised a ticket and waited the 2 days over the weekend I used the chat facility and eventually got someone who couldn't help and raised another ticker to the advanced support team. Another day has gone past and still no reply to the ticket which is 4 days old. Thank god I'm not a customer now because if the support is none existent as a new customer what is it like for all customers.
