No Delivery of Cement Mixer
I ordered a 110v cement mixer to arrive last Saturday. Received 2 email confirmations with the contract stating delivery for Saturday, waited in all day but the item did not get delivered having been told it would be an a.m. delivery slot. I had to make other arrangements to get a mixer for (it is a Bank Holiday weekend, so not easy). Emailed and phoned again this morning (Tuesday) to be told I’d get a refund. I got 50% of the original cost and HSS held on to my deposit, even though this fiasco was their error. After 90 minutes on hold I got through to be told the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday!!! – no text or email notification to inform me ! I’ve now been assured the full amount will be returned, but what shoddy customer service. The company doesn’t care that I spent about 3 hours in total on hold waiting to speak to someone who couldn’t care less. Never again!
