Be careful
Be careful, quotations do not include VAT. Extra driver rate is per day. So extras add up. Staff at collection and returns very polite and efficient apart from the man in the return car park who was rude, sarcastic, quite abusive and unhelpful and all within 5 minutes. Hard to believe really . We only wanted to know where we could fill up with petrol that was near by. He insisted we had passed a garage ( which we hadn’t) then gave us directions which were hopeless.
