We've just completed on a simultaneous sale and purchase and couldn't be happier with Sellmyhome. They delivered everything we expected of them and more, especially in chasing the rest of our chain to ensure that the transaction stayed on track. Their photographer took great photos and the booking system for viewings is really simple, helping you stay organised through the process. They also listed the property on both Rightmove and Zoopla, in contrast to local bricks and mortar agents who only would list on one. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and the price they are able to provide all these services for makes you question why anyone still uses traditional high street estate agents.
