We called for days trying to reach tech…
We called for days trying to reach tech support. We could never get a real person to answer, we left voicemails day after day, and it took 8 days for them to call me back on a unit that was under warranty. Then, the head of that department was so rude, impatient, and disrespectful we just gave up.
