The delivery was awful!
The delivery was awful!! I waited in twice when they said they were on the way and they didn't arrive. I got in touch with the with your help line and they said they would ring me back, no reply! I phoned again the next day and was told they had sent the Sofa I ordered back to England and I am in Scotland!! they were helpful and said they will send it again. We are in our seventies and had got rid of our old sofa on the 11th of December that was meant to be the first delivery, it was changed to the 16th of December, it didn't arrive. We did get it on the 22nd of December after I waited in and had to miss a Christmas lunch out that had been booked by my Son! then we had a week of phone calls from the delivery company saying they were picking things up or delivering something that we hadn't ordered! They had our phone number on other peoples orders!! Sorry I have no good news except the Sofa we had from you is lovely!!!
