Very bad experience
Very bad experience. The package was stolen, the post and shop were informed immediately. It took more than 1 month for customer service to inform me that they cannot do anything and I can go to police. The fault was clearly on the post site ( delivery person just left package without ring ) but only sender can start inquiry and claim refund. The shop refused any help
