Arrived well but silence if you want to return it
The sofa arrived well, however we knew immediately it was not suitable for us. The sofa was back in the boxes and I notified home detail of the need for it to be returned within an hour of arrival. I am now waiting 3 days for a response and have chased each day to initiate the return It seems they are not interested in helping once they have your money, despite advertising a 30 days return policy as a main feature of their policy I wonder how long these two HUGE boxes will be sitting in my house getting in the way of everything
