They made their mistake right in my book!
I purchased a pair of medium sweatpants which were huge. I returned them for a small, which also were huge. I returned those as well, and tracking said it was delivered to their front desk, but I haven't received a refund. I've emailed many many times with a couple of responses, "we're looking into this". *** UPDATE *** I was finally able to get the refund due, I had to call their customer service number and spoke to someone. They processed the return on the merchandise side but something happened where it didn't process it on the payment side. It was a quick & easy fix and I got my refund right away. I do love this company, I love that they are in the U.S., and their products are really comfortable and durable. I have already purchased a couple of more leggings!
