Very shady and the worst travel agent i come across in my life avoid at all costs…
Very shady and dodgy travel agent avoid at all costs been chasing refund for past 6 months. Customer service is so rude have got angry and rude so many times chasing a simple refund they agreed to but still haven't refunded 6 months on. Customer service is dire and today a person working there that called themselves 'Hally' was the worst what a obnoxious and rude being. They cancelled the ticket prior to flight but still haven't issued a refund after even cutting their extortionate £300 in cancellation charges today added another charge of £32. Okay is understandable there will be a fee for their admin charges which are stated as £100 on cancellations but they have added charges they can't back with evidence that they have incurred just to extort as much as possible from a customer called emirates they stated the don't charge any fees from travel agents for cancellations but apparently £200 charged on top of the £100 was the airline but no proof provided when asked by myself... DON'T USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING AND WANT RUDENESS AND ARROGANCE THEN GO AHEAD IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING. now they pushed to remove my previous review saying its not legitimate pathetic company most of the positive reviews on here are no doubt themselves just call them you will understand and and see most of them there cant even put a sentence together let alone provide you with customer service pathetic and lowest of the low service that call themselves a travel agency disgusting.
