Very fair, honest and transparent.
I was heartbroken when my beloved Audi developed an engine fault so severe that it resulted in the car being scrapped. I contacted Scrapcarcomparison.co.uk, who brokered the car to BMS Salvage, the car was then collected by Co-part. I felt the price I was offered was entirely fair. The communication from all 3 parties was fantastic. There were real people that you could talk to on the end of a phone call. The process of collection was super-smooth even though the car was collected from a garage and I was out of the country (not ideal). The money was in my account within hours of the car being picked up. Having to scrap my Allroad was s***ty but the professionalism of all three parties made the process bearable and I am grateful for that.
