Happy Repeat Renters
This is the 12th year we have rented through Brett Robinson and we have already signed up for 2020. This company is very considerate of renters. They arrange social events and supply coffee for morning chats. Each year we get a fish fry dinner as a thank-you for renting. We get a discount after five years and another after 10. When something goes wrong in the condo, repairs are made quickly. Suggestions are made to owners on how to keep their condos in great shape. It is very easy to reserve a unit for the next year. They have kept our deposit low and they have a reasonable cancellation policy. We are very satisfied with Brett Robinson.
