Travel Republic- Appalling Service AVOID !!
Appalling Service – Left Stranded Without Return Flight I booked a full holiday package to Qatar through Travel Republic, including return flights. Unfortunately, the return leg of our journey was a complete disaster due to their negligence. Despite paying in full, we were denied boarding for our return flight because the tickets had been cancelled without our knowledge. We only discovered this at the airport, causing immense stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. We had no choice but to purchase entirely new tickets on the spot to get home. I contacted Travel Republic immediately on 1st May 2025, and after 8 Weeks , they still have not provided a resolution or a refund. They have instead passed blame to the airline British Airways, despite it being their responsibility to ensure the tickets were correctly booked and paid for. Travel Republic say they have put a claim with BA on our behalf but after requesting information they have not provided evidence 1: A reference number for the claim with BA 2: Evidence that they PAID BA for our return leg of the journey as British Airways keep telling us we did not have flights booked. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected a reputable company to take accountability and support their customers when things go wrong—not abandon them. This has caused so much stress, this was my first holiday after recovering from Cancer Treatment. I strongly advise others to avoid this company until they improve their customer service and take responsibility for the holidays they sell. poor excuses and poor service, they don’t reply to calls or emails for weeks
