Very Competent!
Very Competent! I purchased a heat pump from GEP and I found the salesman to be very friendly and patient. The entire team was very flexible and sometimes even available on weekends. I was very pleased with the whole process. At first, I knew nothing about heating systems, including heat pumps, and was a complete amateur. But the GEP team taught me a lot.
