Thanks Ben!!!

I recently booked a flight through this agency, but encountered some unexpected issues. Shortly after booking, I was informed that the flight I chose was full, and that I’d need to upgrade my booking at an additional cost. The agent assisting me, Ben, went above and beyond to help lower this additional fee as much as possible. He worked tirelessly, negotiating with his supervisor, using his own discount, and comparing various prices to find the best deal for me. His dedication and customer service were exceptional, and I’m grateful for his support. However, I did experience some discomfort with the agency’s handling of the situation. In their effort to encourage me to keep the booking and pay the extra amount, they communicated several things that didn’t sit well with me. They resisted my requests to cancel, explaining that because I had booked a basic plan, cancellation wasn’t an option. At one point, they even claimed that if I canceled the flight, I’d be banned from booking with American Airlines in the future, which I later found to be untrue and somewhat intimidating. Ultimately, I decided to cancel the flight, but I want to thank Ben for his hard work and genuine effort to assist me in every possible way.
