Not happy with Ingrams

Jason, Sorry to say, I'm not very pleased with the level of service from Ingrams. Firstly, I consulted with sales representative April B. about a part for my specific HVAC system. She said she would investigate and get back to me with the appropriate part. Shortly thereafter I got a return phone call saying that they had the part in stock and could ship. I made sure I verified with her that she was sure this was the correct part for my unit. She confirmed positively it was. I purchased the unit only to find that it was not even close to being compatible for my unit. Now I'm in the process of RMAing my unit for the last 3 days. I have an RMA number but do not have any information where to send it to! I'm still waiting on Leslie P. and Wendy E. who stated I would receive more information today. This is the slowest RMA process I've ever experienced. I am very close to contacting my credit card company to issue a chargeback for this order.
