2 weeks later it was taken off
Rental was put on my credit and my credit dropped 39 points, 2 weeks later was taken off and my score dropped another 19 points! Called and was given the run around. Nobody answered why it was taken off, never got money back and still not fixed with no return calls. In reply to your reply- only when i left this review did someone finally reach out and gave me an extension for services. still did absolutely nothing and my credit score only went back up 7 points from the major drop you caused. Then when I finally cancelled the service 6 months later my score dropped 53 points. I’m still trying to work my way back up to where I was before your services! This was a waste of time and ruined my credit that I worked so hard to bring up.
