I’ve had a really positive experience with Touchstone Property Management. From the start, their team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. What stood out to me the most was how quickly they handle maintenance requests. Anytime something came up, it was taken care of promptly and without a lot of back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. It made a big difference knowing things wouldn’t just sit unresolved.
