No start date for course
I applied for a course late July 2025, received emails stating my course was due to start in a week, another to say in 2 days etc. Here I am a month later still not started course. I have contacted them via phone, email and WhatsApp chat several times and keep getting fobbed off with loads of people starting courses. Finally got told 2 weeks ago I was enrolled with Cambridge college for my course and would receive all my log in details in a few days. Still not started the course. Contacted them again Tuesday was told due to the bank holiday it could take up to 14 days for someone to be in contact with me but to look out for a email about a withdrawal fee. I have not stated I wanted to withdraw from the course and considering the course is free I don't understand why they would expect me to pay a withdrawal fee when I haven't even started the course. I have several friends who have applied for courses with them around the same time as me and their already doing their courses so slightly frustrated as to why I haven't started and being penalised with a withdrawal fee for a course I haven't even started. Think their lack of communication is outrageous and leaving people with no start dates or not keeping them updated on a regular basis about their courses is scandalous. I was directed to their website via the National Careers Service and will be emailing them and telling them to not give this website out to other people looking to do online courses.
