DO NOT TRUST! Breaking written promises and ignoring customers
Do not use Booking.com! They cancelled my room and promised in writing to cover the price difference for a new hotel. Now they refuse to pay and are cheating me out of £1,030. Their customer service is useless and ignores written agreements. Save your money and book somewhere else. They cannot be trusted!
