Cosmos - 22/03/2023 At Enoch’s, Glasgow I would like to make a formal complaint about the waitress “Olivia” - tall with skinny build, and a major attitude problem to customers. overall all the other servers were polite, well mannered and attentive. However I have a particular problem with this server, as she was extremely patronising and passive aggressive, which has changed my entire dining experience in the restaurant establishment. I have never been insulted more by a waitress throughout my dining experience, to which I felt it necessary to complain… however, in this occasion I feel I must. she was incredibly bitchy and hostile from the onset when she approached me, I tried my best to understand her problem, but I fear her problem was with myself personally rather than anything I did, due to the way she was treating me. At the end of her being hostile she slammed my drink down on the table and said a bitchy remark and casually walked off…. not how I expect to be treated as a customer, especially when I hadn’t paid my bill yet or finished my meal. I was actually coming to test out the venue, for potentially hosting my birthday party meal, however after this experience with the waitress being so hostile to me and my friend; I will not be returning, especially to host such a special event for my friends and family.
