Account mix-up dealt with by helpful staff
There was a mix-up with my initial account setup, which caused some hassle. However, when phoning up to sort this out, I quickly got through to some very helpful and polite staff. They explained the problem and how to fix it. I had to cancel my first account and set up a new one. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and prompt. Took just under 1 week from initial mix-up to get everything sorted - a couple of phone calls and an email.
