Credit policy is virtual theft.
We were booked by my cousin in the UK for a trip in August. I tested positive for Covid 2 days before and we were not allowed to board. We were told that a credit woul be raised which we could use in Australia, where we live. I have contacted Princess numerous times as there is no credit showing in our Australian account. Just received an e-mail saying that since the booking was in the UK, that is where we have to use the credit, despite Princess being a global company. Do they seriously expect us to spend thousands more to fly to the UK to use our credit?
