PietKlerx customer service pushes back issues to the customer
There were multiple failures with the new kitchen order - Order: 6 0554 060073. When finalizing the last 2 failures - missing lighting in 2 areas - [1] basin area [2] coffee area, the installation of the LED strips was not according to the request of the purchase order. The LED strips are provided by us and Piet Klerx has to install them by hiding the LED strips in the groove of the planks. However, the customer service personnel responded to us with this statement via email: "We normally do not install the lighting you have purchased yourself. This is also why we do not make grooves in the cover plates, where this lighting could be placed. This is not possible." Why does Piet Klerx Customer Service personnel change the design which is not agreed upon? We discussed with the Piet Klerx sales personnel, agreed and we signed off the purchase order with the design of the LED strip to be placed in these 2 areas. Now, everything goes wrong when someone from customer service decides they cannot do it. Please help us.
