They do not allocate house viewings fairly.
The lady I spoke to (didn’t get her name) was quite rude and abrupt. We enquired about viewing a house as soon as it was listed. Was told we would get a call once they had access to the property. We never got a call, so Called back today to be told the viewings are now fully booked meaning they do not allocate viewing fairly as I literally enquired within minutes of the house being published on right move.
