Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I was extremely happy when I booked the rental car for Poland. It was very affordable and I felt like I had found a company I could use as I plan to visit Poland several times over the next few months. The car I got was small with multiple dents and scratches with their name plastered across it on both sides. None of that bothered me. The issue came once I had turned it in and was back in the US. They billed my credit card $515 and then another $1100. They are claiming that there was an abrasion about 1" long under the front bumper. They sent a picture and to be honest it could have been dirt but 100% I did not hit anything. Then when I look them up online there were several people with the exact same experience and funny enough even the same location. Of course that would be a great location because none of the pictures that I took of the car when I picked it up or dropped it off would show in that area. So it makes you wonder??? Guess this won't be my go to for a rental in Poland.
