I had a very disappointing experience with this site. I purchased tickets for The Weeknd’s concert five months in advance, but was shocked to find out I paid five times more than the official price on Ticketmaster. What’s worse — this site has no real customer support. When I tried to email them, I received an auto-response saying they couldn’t receive emails. It felt like a completely fake setup, but sadly, the payment went through and I received the overpriced tickets. I tried multiple times to reach out to clarify or even understand the charges, but there was no way to get in touch. This site is not trustworthy and I would strongly advise others to avoid buying anything from them. Go through official platforms like Ticketmaster whenever possible.
