I have ordered with Smallwood home once…

I have ordered with Smallwood home once in the past and received 3 very nice portraits, however, the items received today were extremely poor quality. I had gotten professional photos taken of my son and family and the canvases came out very blurry. I had contacted customer support and they told me I cannot return/refund my items, no compensation of any sort was offered. I took photos of the original prints I sent vs what I received and they claimed that although some areas may have been more blurry, that their standards and printer quality were sufficient enough. Will never order from them again. Very upset as these were the first photos I’ve ordered of my 3 month old
