So confused
Buddy Loans has now removed my review twice. It was confirmed I could afford the repayments and they just need to call the guarantor to finalise. I was told I would get a call within 5 minutes; however this call never happened. Later on I just get a text to say everything has now been declined with no explanation. I spoke to my guarantor who showed she never received a call. I called back and spoke to another agent who told me there isn’t a complaints department and could not give a name of a manager and could not remember the managing directors name. I was told to go and Google it. This is the truth, so please stop removing my honest review.
