Loans with an Interest Rate of 791%!
On a $500 loan they were going to charge me 791.86% interest! That means not only did I have to make $160 payments 2x a month but I would be paying back over $3000! I was approved, and when I saw the interest rate, I asked them about why it was so high. Four days later they said I actually was not approved. This is a business ran by an Indian tribe. They can avoid a lot of federal laws, being a sovereign nation, but not interest rates! It is ILLEGAL for any state to charge this high interest, this buisness is out of Georgia. I have written proof from them of these facts. Try applying for a loan and see what rate they give you.
