Taken repeated payments from our bank after cancellation
Taken repeated payments from our account, 9 months after our Direct Debit was cancelled. Was told by a billing rep that even though our direct debit was cancelled, they still decided to keep taking payments. Not one....but double payments when we were only being provided one service. They tried to dodge a refund by telling me i hadnt followed the cancellation procedure properly. Refused to refund us even though we could provide data from our bank when we cancelled payments. They said because they still hold my card details on file, they can keep taking payment. They even acknowledged that they has noticed the direct debit cancelled. Incredible. Refused to refund us a penny.
