The Dynamic Duo: Samantha and Coach Gerald
Sam, my CARDA Health Physiologist, is an expert in Cardiac Rehabilitation. She is very professional, extremely pleasant when leading and guiding my sessions, and is quick to provide salient guidance and advice whenever I have a question. I appreciate how she follows through on the status of my health both during class times and at the times when we are not in class. It is a pleasure to work with her. The exercise videos are Outstanding! Coach Gerald is an Outstanding Video Coach. I believe my heart has strengthened greatly under his tutelage. I like the way that Coach Gerald works out with me and counts down during the video, even during the last few seconds to keep us motivated and encouraged. He’s constantly urging the recovering patient to continue and keep doing the work. It’s almost as if Coach Gerald is in the room with me.
