Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, although i am registered as a Gold customer i could not get into the portal because my account did not exist, that`s what i repeatedly kept receiving. I spent 2 hours trying to report my breakdown and there is no way this could be achieved using a mobile. I was at home on my pc and the car was outside my house. I am considering getting Breakdown cover from a more reliable and better known provider who is easier to contact. to name this provider ONE CLICK is ridiclulous.
