If you’re looking to sell your house I can honestly say that my experience with Sell My Home was nothing short of excellent! If you’re sceptical about using an ‘on line’ estate agent then I would encourage you not to be. Certainly the people at Sell My Home were helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish. Unlike some other on line agents, they are transparent in their pricing (no surprise fees ! ). With first class professional photographs of my property and also a 3D. Virtual walk through. The sales team were always to hand with my questions about the sale and advice and nothing was too much bother. Then, the after sale service, (yes, they guide you through the Conveyancing process too ! ) was supportive and proactive in getting the sale to completion.
