Cancellation process is painful and requires a phone call to convert voucher to a refund
Unfortunately i had to change the size of my car to a bigger one that they did not have. So i had to cancel and book with another company. This is all good so far and their online service great including ability to cancel up to 24 hours before. However when you cancel you receive an email that is a "coupon / voucher" This is not a refund. You have to call by telephone, in my case from abroad in order to get that changed to a refund. This cannot be done on their web site or by email, so is a pain. I give 4 as the price and online booking was great at 5. but cancellation process is a 1. took me half an hour to make it happen. Unusual situation i know. So Centauro if you read this please improve this small but important point
