Took 2 hours to get the car after our flight arrival. Car allocated had a boot full of quilts, pillows etc. It had clearly not been cleaned. We were then offered the choice of 2 cars, with either 279,000 km or 438,000km on the clock. To do a damage inspection was a joke as every panel had damage. The inside of the car was dirty, rubbish in the seat pockets, cigarette burns in the grubby seats. A disgrace!! The only saving grace was that it was a Toyota and mechanically sound. Brakes were OK but made lots of noise. It was not cheap, and I will never rent from Jucy again.
