Too hard to get payment methods verified
I opened my account and added a credit card. I saw the charge amount and no matter what I did, (following your instructions), Moonpay would not allow ow me to verify the card. It should not be this hard to verify a card. Skip the stupid way of continuing a transaction to verify a card and just put a drop down box next to the card that allows you to verify it. The next issue was when I tried to use Venmo. That didn’t work either. Moonpay said to check with Venmo for the reason and Venmo said to check with Moonpay. Ridiculous. Finally I added a debit card and the transaction went through. But I don’t know if I’ll be using Moonpay again.
